FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  How do I change my password?
    If you’re logged into your CONSEF account, you can change your password from My account tab:
      1. Log into your account, then click My account tab
      2. Type your current password and new password
      3. Click change password

  How do I reset my password?
    If you need to reset your password:
      1. Go to CONSEF login page
      2. Click Forgot password? (located below username and password textboxes)
      3. Type your username and email associated with your account, then click Reset password button
      Note: If you forgot your username or email, you can email us at  support@conceptschools.org

  How to reset student’s password?
    Student’s password can only be reset by teacher or coordinator. If you are a teacher or coordinator:
      1. Log into your account, click the Students/Project Session or Students/STEM EXPO tab on the top menu
      2. Click the [view] on the right of the student’s info.
      3. From there click Reset student’s password link, then choose the desired password and click submit.

  How to view students’ application?
    Teachers or coordinators are able to view students’ applications:
      1. Log into your account, click the Students/Project Session or Students/STEM EXPO tab from top menu
      2. Locate the student, then click the [view] on the right

  How to download all students’ information?
    Teachers or coordinators are able to download all students’ applications. To download:
      1. Log into your account, click the Students/Project Session or Students/STEM EXPO tab from top menu
      2. From bottom click the Excel icon 

  How to create a teacher account?
    Teacher accounts can only be created by the coordinator. If you are a coordinator:
      1. Log into your account, click the Teachers on the top menu
      2. Click the Create a teacher account link on the top right .
      3. Fill all the required information, then click create.

  How to create a student account?
    Student accounts can only be created by teacher or coordinator. If you are a teacher or coordinator:
      1. Log into your account, click the Students/Project Session or Students/STEM EXPO tab on the top menu
      2. Click the Create a student account link on the top right .
      3. Fill all the required information, then click submit.

  How to delete Student's application?
    Student's application can be deleted by his/her teacher or coordinator:
      1. Log into your account, click the Students/Project Session or Students/Stem EXPO on the top menu
      2. Locate the student, then click  and confirm

  How to delete a Teacher's account?
    Teacher's account can be deleted by the coordinator:
      1. Log into your account, click the Teachers tab on the top menu
      2. Locate the teacher, then click  and confirm

  What payment methods does CONSEF accept?
    CONSEF accepts verified credit cards, debit cards and checks. Our online payment works through Paypal.
    Payment process may take up to two business days. After making a payment, you may still see the Pay Now button, please do not click Pay now button again.
